Sean McCauley, who has previously advised prominent developers such as Damac, Bloom Properties, and Azizi Development, joins the Construction Week Viewpoint podcast to discuss how local real estate firms can earn revenues in a softened market.

In this wide-ranging podcast interview, he outlines three key trends he expects to see in the real estate market, which includes a reduction in unit sizes across the UAE. Keeping the price point attractive for all parties, meanwhile, will also be a “massive focal point for developers”.

McCauley is the chief executive officer of Devmark, which was formed in September 2018 to advise real estate developers on how they can maximise built assets to boost their bottom line.

While the company has only been in business for less than a year, McCauley already has his eye on expansion to Saudi Arabia as the kingdom’s gigaprojects rise from the ground.
