When a person decides to either open or manage a business, he or she should use common sense and see that in order for it to prosper as well as get a good reputation, he/she have to obey the law that it entitles, above all, give priority to the customer.

In the case of Dubai Restaurant and Lounge, the owner failed to maintain his property up to code, as he has been cited several times. The incident that occurred on Nov. 15 could have been prevented by calling the authorities, although there was not a paid policeman on site, the security guards and even himself could have stopped the altercation before it got serious such as ending up outside the property. Apparently the owner forgot that the (his) customer is a human being.

Management should realize that there is one negligence too many.
